Print Release / Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable $100 e-transfer retainer is required to secure your session (sent to: adriennekaylaphotography@gmail.com). You will receive a confirmation email once the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

-Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure your full or mini session runs as scheduled. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session due to other bookings.

- Should weather or location become inaccessible, Adrienne Kayla Photography will contact clients to arrange alternative options.
- Adrienne Kayla Photography will confirm sessions 24-48 hours in advance. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please reach out.
-If you are unable to attend (due to illness, etc.) your retainer may be transferred to another person or applied to a session by June 30, 2026.
Print Release:
1. Copyright
Adrienne Kayla Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients may use images for personal purposes, such as printing, sharing, and displaying them.

2. Commercial Use
Images cannot be used commercially without Adrienne Kayla Photography's written permission. Commercial use includes selling or using the images in advertisements.

3. Image Storage
Clients are responsible for backing up their images, as Adrienne Kayla Photography is not liable for lost files once the downloadable link has been provided (note the link’s expiration date).

4. No Alteration
Clients may not alter the images in any way, including cropping, applying filters, or making adjustments to the composition or appearance of the image.

5. Public Sharing and Promotion
By booking a session with Adrienne Kayla Photography, you agree to allow images from your session to be used for promotional purposes across platforms such as website, social media, or other public showcases. Adrienne Kayla Photography respects client privacy and preferences when sharing images. *Please inform of any specific limitations or requests regarding image use before your session (send via email).*
